Return eligibility

Our current policy accepts eligible returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Sale items and purchases made with a discount code are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Start a return

Email zuraehelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. See the full policy for shipping charges and exclusions.

Damaged or defective items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help with a replacement or refund under our policy.
