What material are ZURAÉ tools made from?

All ZURAÉ gua sha tools and rollers are made from 100% surgical-grade stainless steel. It's hygienic, durable, stays cold longer than jade or rose quartz, and never absorbs bacteria.

Why stainless steel over jade or rose quartz?

Jade and rose quartz are porous — they can harbour bacteria and warm up quickly. Stainless steel is non-porous, easy to sanitize, and retains its cooling properties for longer. It's also much more durable and won't chip or crack.

Can I use ZURAÉ tools on sensitive skin?

Yes! Stainless steel is hypoallergenic and safe for all skin types including sensitive, acne-prone, and rosacea-prone skin.

How do I clean my tool?

Simply wipe with a damp cloth or rinse under warm water after each use. Dry thoroughly and store in a clean, dry place. You can also sanitize with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol.

Using Your Tool

How do I use the Facial Gua Sha?

Apply our Gua Sha Serum or your favourite facial oil to clean skin. Use gentle upward strokes along your neck, jawline, cheeks, and brow — 3 to 5 strokes per area. Always move upward and outward. Use daily for best results.

Can I store my tool in the fridge?

Yes — and we recommend it! Refrigerating your tool before use amplifies the de-puffing and cooling effect, especially around the eyes.

How long until I see results?

Many customers notice an immediate improvement in puffiness and skin glow after their first use. For lasting sculpting and circulation benefits, consistent daily use over 4–6 weeks is recommended.

Can I return my order?
